The MCR, or Middle Common Room, refers both to the community of graduate students in College and to the room in which they meet. The Lincoln MCR is the the oldest and, we would argue, the liveliest of the Oxford MCRs. With around 300 graduate students in residence each year, the MCR organises a full and varied programme of meetings, social events and sporting activites during termtime and vacations. Partners of MCR members may also apply to become associate members themselves.
